FAQ

Please fill out the application form and upload the required documents. If you can provide any other useful information or wish to send a message, please add this in the free text field. We will process your request within five working days. We will send you an email informing you as to whether your account has been activated, whether we need further documents from you or whether your application has been denied.

We check every application carefully and conscientiously. If we cannot approve your applications, we will let you know whether we need further documents from you or whether any membership requirements have not been fulfilled.

Email programs often categorize emails from companies as spam. Please check your spam folder and set ORTOVOX as a trusted sender in your email program.

Your membership is valid for one year after activation. We will send you an email letting you know your membership is soon to expire. You can then apply to renew your membership for another year. The function to do this is in your login area.

If you don’t do this, you will no longer be able to log in using your login data. You will be subject to normal prices and will not be shown any special pro products.

Check that you are using the email address you used to set up the account. If you have changed the email address associated with your account, you must use the new email address. Ensure you have typed it correctly and there are no spaces in the address.

Yes. Since purchases are intended for personal use, the volume you can purchase per year is limited. You can see your available limit in the login area.

We do not currently send out a regular newsletter especially for pros. We will only contact you via email in exceptional cases, for example if we are sending information that is relevant to your safety.

You can find your login data in your customer account after you have registered.

Please click on “Forgot password?”. We will use the email address you provided to send you a link. Click on this link to get back into your account and change your password.

You cannot send in a complaint via a sports retailer. Please send the product that is the subject of your complaint directly to us. Click here to learn how.

Yes. On completing your order you can provide an alternative delivery address or add a parcel delivery locker as a delivery address.

Your order can be delivered to any EU country. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to countries outside the EU, e.g. Switzerland. You can find more information about shipping costs here.

We are always happy to receive feedback on how to improve our products. If you wish to send us feedback about our products, use our contact form. Please select the “PRO ACCESS service” option.

You can enter your company name in the “Company/Address addition” box on the registration form or in your customer account. The invoice will be issued to your company. We cannot issue invoices without VAT through this online store. If you wish to provide your VAT ID number when you place an order as a company, please contact our PRO ACCESS team – here.

However, your customer account is intended for personal use only. Please do not place orders for employees or colleagues. Employees can apply for their own PRO ACCESS membership if they fulfil the necessary requirements.

If you have a larger order – e.g. for your company equipment pool – and this order would exceed your purchasing limit, please contact our PRO ACCESS team with your request – here.
