We use cookies from Outdooractive, provided by Outdooractive AG, Missener Straße 18, 87509 Immenstadt, on our website to determine which browser type the user is using. If the visitor uses a browser that does not support the requirements for full functionality of the website, a warning will be displayed to you as a visitor.

Outdooractive provides electronic databases that you as our users can use in the form of an electronic information portal in the digital tourism sector. These include, for example, maps and route planning.

5.2 Functional Cookies

5.2.1 OUTTRA Cookie

For the function of retrieving the availability of goods “Buy in store”, we use the OUTTRA component of 81 MEDIA GmbH, Ziegelbrennerstr. 5, 73074 Stuttgart. 5.3.5 Google Recaptcha

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor using various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of stay of the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

5.3.6 YouTube

We use the “YouTube” platform of the provider Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4) to upload and make videos publicly available there. We embed YouTube-stored videos directly on our website. When this is done, content from the YouTube website is displayed in parts of a browser window. However, the YouTube videos are only retrieved by separate clicking. This technique is also called “framing”. If you call up a (sub-)page of our Internet offer on which YouTube videos are embedded in this form, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the content is displayed on the Internet page by notifying your browser.

We use Hotjar, an analysis software from Hotjar Ltd., Level 2, St Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta) for marketing purposes. The software allows us to measure and evaluate user behavior on our website.

With the help of Hotjar’s technology, we gain a better understanding of our users’ experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and what they don’t, etc.) and this helps us to tailor our offering to our users’ feedback.
